How to mindfully manifest what you want

Manifestation has become an it-word, part of your self-care routine and as it should be. We deserve everything that we desire and everything that will enable us to give back to our community with the fullest cup.

Manifesting talks about your dialogue and transmissions with the Universe and how these are effecting your magnetism – how approachable you are, how likely you are to get the job or the perfect partner. Manifestation can be specific like a certain object or item but also generic like a lifestyle want or need. The important thing with manifesting is to break down what is subconsciously or energetically stopping your desires from coming in prior to even beginning any work on manifestation techniques.

If you’ve begun a manifestation practice here are some additions that will help to deepen it and offer it as a more mindful part of your day.
